Chloroquine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 17, 2008. Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 107.0 lb, was diagnosed with malaria prophylaxis and was treated with Chloroquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, dehydration, dermatitis contact, eye discharge, eye pruritus, eye swelling, faecaloma, oedema peripheral, productive cough. Chloroquine dosage: 500MG 1X WEEKLY X 8 WEEK PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, LEVOXYL, ASPIRIN, GLYCOLAX. Patient recovered.
