Chlorhexidine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 20, 2008. Male patient, weighting 189.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis and was treated with Chlorhexidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , bacteraemia, burkholderia cepacia infection, calculus ureteric, hydronephrosis, pyrexia, urinary tract infection . Chlorhexidine dosage: 3000MG DAILY TOPICAL. Patient recovered.
