Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with alcohol detoxification and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, THIAMINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, THIAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/29/2008.
