Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 19, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, respiratory arrest. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient died.
