Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 12, 2006. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with alcohol withdrawal syndrome and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, fall What is  fall, gait disturbance, haematoma, head injury, mental status changes, orthostatic hypotension. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 24, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with alcohol withdrawal syndrome and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: mental status changes. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: 25 MG QID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, APAP, LORAZEPAM, LEVOTHYROXINE, ATENOLOL, ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE AND MAGNESIUM TRISILICATE, GATIFLOXACIN, ENOXAPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
