Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on June 19, 2007. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder What is  bipolar disorder and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brugada syndrome, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, electrocardiogram st-t change. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: 200 MG, DAILY, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with HALOPERIDOL, LITHIUM CARBONATE, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
