Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 31, 2005. Female patient, 37 years of age, was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, blood alcohol increased, cardiac arrest , coagulopathy, hepatic failure, intentional misuse, respiratory arrest. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. Patient died on 12/21/2004.
