, hypotension, procedural complication. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, METOPROLOL, MEPIVACAINE, SERTRALINE, CAFFEINE, GRAPEFRUIT JUICE, TETRACAINE, EPINEPHRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
