Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression, bronchial disorder, medical diet and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block third degree, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, hypotension, procedural complication. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, METOPROLOL, MEPIVACAINE, SERTRALINE, CAFFEINE, GRAPEFRUIT JUICE, TETRACAINE, EPINEPHRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
