Chlordiazepoxide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Dec 06, 2005. Female patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with epidermolysis bullosa, pain What is  pain, gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy What is  cardiomyopathy, dilatation ventricular, epidermolysis bullosa, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, inadequate analgesia, left ventricular failure, malnutrition, off label use. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISAPRIDE, PARACETAMOL, OPIAT, CARNITINE, FOLIC ACID, IRON, SELENIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
