, gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Chlordiazepoxide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia
, cardiomyopathy
, dilatation ventricular, epidermolysis bullosa, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, inadequate analgesia, left ventricular failure, malnutrition, off label use. Chlordiazepoxide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISAPRIDE, PARACETAMOL, OPIAT, CARNITINE, FOLIC ACID, IRON, SELENIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
