Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis and was treated with Chloramphenicol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: achromotrichia acquired, anterior chamber cell, conjunctivitis allergic, corneal deposits, erythema of eyelid, eye irritation, eyelid oedema, intraocular pressure increased, lacrimation increased. Chloramphenicol dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia, endophthalmitis and was treated with Chloramphenicol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctival oedema, exophthalmos, eye pain, eyelid oedema, intraocular pressure increased, post procedural complication, visual acuity reduced. Chloramphenicol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MINIMS LIGNOCAINE, BUPIVACAINE, HYALURONIDASE, POVIDONE IODINE, CEFUROXIME, PROXYMETACAINE, PREDNISOLONE PHOSPHATE. Patient recovered.
