Female patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with conjunctivitis bacterial and was treated with Chloramphenicol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal sensation in eye, eye pain, vision blurred. Chloramphenicol dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia, endophthalmitis and was treated with Chloramphenicol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctival oedema, exophthalmos, eye pain, eyelid oedema, intraocular pressure increased, post procedural complication, visual acuity reduced. Chloramphenicol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MINIMS LIGNOCAINE, BUPIVACAINE, HYALURONIDASE, POVIDONE IODINE, CEFUROXIME, PROXYMETACAINE, PREDNISOLONE PHOSPHATE. Patient recovered.
