Male patient, child 9 years of age, weighting 75.00 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia and was treated with Chloral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cold sweat, crying, initial insomnia, neurological symptom, poor quality sleep, screaming. Chloral dosage: 950 MG DAILY. Patient recovered.
