Chlor Side Effects Report #5158171-8
Chlor side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 20, 2006. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with hypersensitivity, nasopharyngitis and was treated with Chlor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, angiopathy, bedridden, carotid artery stenosis, cerebral infarction, cognitive disorder, dysphasia, dysstasia, fear. Chlor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIAMINIC SRT, ALKA SELTZER PLUS COLD, ALKA SELTZER PLUS COLD, DILANTIN, NICODERM, TRANXENE, PHENOBARBITAL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
