Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with metastases to bone, sinusitis  and was treated with Chemotherapeutic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone disorder, gingival ulceration, oral surgery, osteonecrosis , pain in jaw, primary sequestrum, tooth loss. Chemotherapeutic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AREDIA, AZITHROMYCIN. Patient recovered.
