After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal strangulated hernia, blood creatinine increased, explorative laparotomy, hypotension, ileectomy, mechanical ileus, nausea , pyrexia. Certican dosage: 720 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
