Cerezyme dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZONISAMIDE, PHENOBARBITAL, ERYTHROMYCIN, DANTROLENE, CLONAZEPAM, BROHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/02/2004.
