Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection, depression  and was treated with Cephalexin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, chills, nausea , upper respiratory tract infection. Cephalexin dosage: 500 MG; QID. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, PARACETAMOL WITH CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
