After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lip swelling, urticaria. Centrum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: urticaria. Centrum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AVANDIA, INDERAL LA, PRAVACHOL, ACCURETIC, ASPIRIN, GLIPIZIDE, SKELAXIN. Patient recovered.
