After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Centrum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEMADEX, VIOXX, ZYRTEC, ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE, FOLIC ACID, CARAFATE, FEOSOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
