Centrum Side Effects Report #5401000-5
Centrum side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on July 18, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was treated with Centrum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal sleep-related event, amnesia, eating disorder , fall , somnambulism, upper limb fracture. Centrum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HERB OF GOLD FISH OIL, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, LOVAN, BEROCCA, ALCOHOL, SYMBICORT TURBUHALER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
