Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Celexa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood sodium decreased, mania, overdose. Celexa dosage: 25 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARTIA XT, LISINOPRIL, POTASSIUM ACETATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, CENTRUM, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
