After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, cardiac arrest , completed suicide, disturbance in attention, fatigue, feeling abnormal, feeling of despair, immobile. Celexa dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 12/11/2007.
