After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, post procedural hypothyroidism, pregnancy , thyroidectomy, vertigo. Celexa dosage: 40 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, ALLEGRA, MECLIZINE, NAPROSYN. Patient recovered.
