After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, disturbance in attention, fall . Celexa dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROIC ACID, SEROQUEL, CLARINEX, NASONEX, LEVOTHYROXINE, PRAVASTATIN, ATENOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
