After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, lethargy, pulmonary oedema, suicidal ideation, treatment noncompliance. Celexa dosage: 60 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient died on 01/01/2005.
