Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 131.5 lb, was diagnosed with postpartum depression  and was treated with Celexa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, caesarean section, diarrhoea, hypothyroidism, pregnancy , road traffic accident, thyroid gland cancer, vertigo. Celexa dosage: 40 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, ALLEGRA, MECLIZINE, NAPROSYN. Patient recovered.
