Celestone side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Sept 18, 2006. Female patient, child 2 years of age, weighting 19.62 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Celestone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bullous lung disease, condition aggravated, infection , lung disorder, neutropenia, oxygen saturation decreased, pleural effusion, pneumothorax. Celestone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
