Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome, arthralgia and was treated with Celestone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose increased, convulsion, decreased activity, dizziness , headache , hypertension, hypotension, malaise. Celestone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCAINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, VALIUM, PENICILLIN, KENALOG. Patient recovered.
