After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , gastric ulcer, hip arthroplasty, hypertonic bladder, joint injury, knee arthroplasty. Celecoxib dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Celecoxib dosage: 200 MG (100 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, RAMIPRIL, SENNA, FUROSEMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/08/2005.
