Celecox and toxic skin eruption Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Celecox Side Effects Report #5449361-5
Celecox side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Aug 30, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Celecox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, oedema peripheral, pneumonia , toxic skin eruption. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:200MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Celecox side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Sept 10, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Celecox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal, pneumonia , toxic skin eruption. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:200MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Celecox side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 15, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with back pain , osteoporosis  and was treated with Celecox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: c-reactive protein increased, toxic skin eruption. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:200MG. During the same period patient was treated with ALENDRONATE, KARY UNI, SELTOUCH. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
