Celecox and arrhythmia Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Celecox Side Effects Report #5754437-9
Celecox side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on May 20, 2008. Male patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis , spinal column stenosis, diabetes mellitus, gastritis, reflux oesophagitis, supraventricular tachycardia, hypertrophic scar, hypertension and was treated with Celecox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, arrhythmia , blood pressure systolic increased, bundle branch block right, chest pain , feeling abnormal, hyperglycaemia, road traffic accident, supraventricular extrasystoles. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:200MG. During the same period patient was treated with OPALMON, MITIGLINIDE, ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE W, PARIET, VASOLAN, RIZABEN, NU LOTAN, FLUITRAN. Patient recovered.

Celecox side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 17, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Celecox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , hyperkalaemia, renal impairment. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:100MG. During the same period patient was treated with OSTELUC, VITAMIN B CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , hyperkalaemia, nodal arrhythmia, renal impairment. Celecox dosage: DAILY DOSE:100MG-TEXT:2 TABLETES. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN B CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
