Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Celebrex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Celebrex dosage: 200 MG (200 MG,1 IN 1 D),ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
