Celebra side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 04, 2005. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica What is  polymyalgia rheumatica and was treated with Celebra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal cortical insufficiency, amnesia, blood potassium decreased, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, coma, fall What is  fall, myocardial infarction, ventricular fibrillation. Celebra dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Celebra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal adhesions, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiac failure, catheter site related reaction, cold sweat, fatigue, gastrointestinal perforation, ileus. Celebra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENTACAPONE, SINEMET, MADOPAR, CYANOCOBALAMIN, FLUNITRAZEPAM, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/17/2002.
