Celebra Side Effects Report #4564587-0
Celebra side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 12, 2005. Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, parkinson's disease  and was treated with Celebra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal adhesions, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure, catheter site related reaction, cold sweat, fatigue, gastrointestinal perforation, ileus. Celebra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENTACAPONE, SINEMET, MADOPAR, CYANOCOBALAMIN, FLUNITRAZEPAM, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/17/2002.

Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with back injury and was treated with Celebra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, blood pressure decreased, dizziness , dysuria, hallucination, visual, nausea . Celebra dosage: 200 MG (200 MG), ORAL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dizziness , gastric ulcer perforation, hepatic failure, renal failure. Celebra dosage: 200 MG (200 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYZAAR, NITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/01/2004.
