Female patient, weighting 176.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Ceftriaxone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, anaphylactic reaction, heart rate increased, hypotension, infusion related reaction, liver function test abnormal, mental status changes, myocardial ischaemia, pancreatitis. Ceftriaxone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEFERASIROX, DEFEROXAMINE MESYLATE, DILAUDID, DOCULAX, FOLATE, HYDROXYUREA, METHADONE, PRILOSEC. Patient was hospitalized.
