Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 246.9 lb, was diagnosed with neutropenic sepsis, non-hodgkin's lymphoma stage iv and was treated with Ceftazidime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neutropenic sepsis, stevens-johnson syndrome. Ceftazidime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZEVALIN, YTTRIUM, RITUXIMAB, MEROPENEM, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/31/2006.
