Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Ceftazidime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridium difficile colitis, pyrexia. Ceftazidime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient died on 03/31/2007.
