Female patient, child 9 years of age, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Ceftazidime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, nephritis interstitial, oliguria, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Ceftazidime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GENTAMICIN, COLISTIN SULPHATE. Patient recovered.
