Ceftazidime side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Nov 12, 2004. Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection, haemophilus infection and was treated with Ceftazidime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, asthenia, bile duct cancer, biliary tract disorder, chromaturia, cough, faeces discoloured, hepatic fibrosis, hepatitis cholestatic. Ceftazidime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKLIN, ORELOX, SOLUPRED, MOPRAL, CLAMOXYL, NASONEX, SURBRONC, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient died on 10/31/2004.

During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
