After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatinine increased, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Ceftazidime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GENTAMICIN, TOBRAMYCIN. Patient recovered.
