Cefpodoxime side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 11, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract inflammation, hyperthyroidism, palpitations and was treated with Cefpodoxime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, chills, hepatic function abnormal, liver disorder, pharyngitis, pruritus, pyrexia. Cefpodoxime dosage: DAILY DOSE:100MG. During the same period patient was treated with LOXONIN, MERCAZOLE, INDERAL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal, rhabdomyolysis. Cefpodoxime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOMOXEF, ENTERONON R, MIDAZOLAM, THEOPHYLLINE, MUCOSOLVAN, PERIACTIN, DIHYDROCODEINE PHOSPHATE, MUCODYNE. Patient recovered.
