Cefpodoxime side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on July 09, 2007. Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with viral infection  and was treated with Cefpodoxime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, ear pain, fall , jaundice , liver injury, malaise, restless legs syndrome, tachycardia. Cefpodoxime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Cefpodoxime side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on May 29, 2006. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Cefpodoxime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: face injury, fall , haematoma, international normalised ratio increased, mental disorder, subdural haematoma. Cefpodoxime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
