Cefoxitin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 19, 2008. Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 114.0 lb, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Cefoxitin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: small intestinal perforation, white blood cell count decreased. Cefoxitin dosage: unknown. Patient died on 04/27/2008.
