Cefoxitin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 18, 2008. Male patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Cefoxitin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, disease recurrence, escherichia infection, leukopenia, sepsis What is  sepsis. Cefoxitin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, METRONIDAZOLE, LORAZEPAM, MORPHINE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, ASPIRIN, CALCIUM ACETATE. Patient died.
