Cefoxitin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 13, 2006. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 112.4 lb, was treated with Cefoxitin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancytopenia. Cefoxitin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, HYDROMORPHONE, METAPROLOL, MIDAZOLAM, NEOSYNEPHRINE, ENOXAPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
