Cefotetan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 16, 2009. Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with endometritis, prophylaxis and was treated with Cefotetan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemolytic anaemia, post procedural complication, sepsis , syncope, transfusion reaction. Cefotetan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/26/2009.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness postural, jaundice , nausea , syncope, yellow skin. Cefotetan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/07/2008.
