Cefotetan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 25, 2008. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with caesarean section, prophylaxis and was treated with Cefotetan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardio-respiratory arrest, hypotension, infusion related reaction, tachycardia. Cefotetan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPINAL EPIDURAL, PITOCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
