Cefotaxime side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 09, 2006. Female patient was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Cefotaxime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colostomy, convulsion, gastrointestinal disorder, learning disorder , malaise, meningitis meningococcal, mental impairment, metabolic acidosis, multi-organ failure. Cefotaxime dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
