Cefotaxime side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 24, 2005. Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with cellulitis  and was treated with Cefotaxime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, rash erythematous, rash pruritic, skin exfoliation. Cefotaxime dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
