Cefotan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 18, 2005. Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 167.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection  and was treated with Cefotan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: thrombocytopenia. Cefotan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIFLUCAN, HYDROMORPHONE, ANZEMET, PROMETHAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
